TERMS OF SALE
The farm will be sold on a price per acre basis and will be based on 126 acres. Ten percent of the bid price to be paid on day of sale with the balance due on or before September 28, 2015. Title Insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided by the seller. The 2015 real estate taxes due in 2016 will be paid by the seller. Possession will be given at time of closing subject only to a farm lease for the 2015 farming season.
