LOCATION AND GENERAL INFORMATION: The Jenkins real estate contains 50 acres (subject to survey) and is located along IL 336 Expressway at the East edge of Loraine, IL. METHOD & TERMS: This farm will be sold on a price per acre basis with the exact acres to be determined by a survey which will be completed prior to the auction. Ten percent of the bid price to be paid on day of sale with the balance due at time of closing on or before March 18, 2016, upon delivery of warranty deed. Title Insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided by the sellers. Full possession will be given at time of closing.
