All three tracts will be sold on a price per acre basis and will be sold in the order they are listed. Ten percent of the bid price to be paid on day of sale with the balance due on or before April 25, 2015. Title Insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided by Sellers. The 2014 real estate taxes due in 2015 will be paid by the Sellers with the 2015 and subsequent taxes being the responsibility of the Buyers. Immediately following the auction, the successful Buyers shall be required to enter into a written agreement with the Sellers.
