TERMS:

Ten percent down payment on day of sale with the balance due on or before October 29, 2015 upon delivery of deed. Title Insurance will be provided by the seller. The 2015 real estate taxes due and payable in 2016 will be prorated to the date of closing. Immediately following the sale of the home the successful buyer shall be required to enter into a written purchase agreement with the seller.
